PACER case-search access supports the nationwide federal Case Locator and searches at individual federal courts. Account registration is free; accessing records can incur fees. This is case research, not fingerprint identity confirmation.
A mandated agency check
Use the requester’s authorization and routing instructions. A personal report may be the wrong deliverable even when it comes from the FBI; confirm the required product before arranging fingerprints.
